Pályázat szükségessége
A Nitroterv Kft. telephelyét a Nitrokémia Rt.-től vásárolta. Az épület utolsó külső felújítása 1978.-ban volt. Leromlott állapotban van, különösen a tetőszerkezete, ezért teljes külső felújításra szorul.
A kft. által foglalkoztatottak létszámának növekedése és a működés során folyamatosan gyarapodó tervtár elhelyezési gondjai miatt az épület bővítése is szükségessé vált. A hőenergiát szolgáltató cég felszámolás alá került, ezért az épület fűtését átmeneti megoldásként nagy teljesítményigényű és magas üzemeltetési költségű villamos infra-panelek beépítésével kellett megoldani. A végleges fűtési rendszert ki kell alakítani a gyarapodó kapacitású számítógépes rendszer biztonságos működését biztosító klimatizálás kiépítésével együtt.
A projekt célja
A telephely fejlesztés célja, hogy a felújítással a jelenleg foglalkoztatottak számára biztosítsa a korszerű munkavégzés lehetőségeit, az épület terület növekedésével pedig lehetőséget teremtsen a bővülő létszám munkaállomásainak elhelyezésére.
A bővítés tetőtér-beépítéssel valósul meg az épület gazdaságos kihasználásának növelése céljából.
Az eszközbeszerzéssel a korszerűtlen kisebb kapacitású irodatechnikai berendezések cseréjét és a számítógépes tervezési rendszerek bővítését kívánjuk megoldani.
A projekt által elvárt eredmény
Valósuljon meg a telephely fűtési energiaköltségeinek minimálisan 30%-os csökkenése (energiaárak változásával korrigált).
Magasabb színvonalon biztosítsa a meglévő foglalkoztatottak munkavégzési feltételeit.
A projekt megvalósulása utáni második évtől teremtsen lehetőséget minimálisan 50 %-al megnövelt létszám munkaállomásainak elhelyezésére.

Introduction of the project’s content:
The goal of the project is to develop an innovative, complex parametric system that helps make design more efficient in the industrial segment, thus ensuring advantages in the maintenance and sustainability of industrial facilities and media supply. With the help of an artificial intelligence, the system is going to be able to process technical data from a computer model, which will allow us to prepare tenders for further use in an automated way, at the push of a button. This tool can be used to easily document the physical characteristics of various media, to record the hydraulic system of those, to document measurement and adjustment values, to support future designs with this valuable data set, as well as to define energy optimizations. One of the products resulting from the project is a parametric design system. In this system, we can assign properties and technical characteristics to structural elements designed, thus making operation and future designs easier. Another resulting product is the development of a system for the purpose of designing facilities, which relies on standards and for preparing tenders, which also utilizes the parametric design system. The advantage of this system is that we can quickly prepare bills of materials and descriptive requirement texts from drawings, whether it is based on a tender text, a bill of materials or an Excel table. The assessment of liquid and gaseous media, the import of data into a database, the generation of big data even on the entire media supply network, as well as the development of the related drawing- and data system and the development and introduction of a measurement system comprise part of the project. Connected to the previously mentioned system elements, drone technologies are used, and laser scanning and drone usage are combined in the assessment technique. An assessment can be performed in locations that are hard to reach even with technology and/or in locations or in media that are hazardous to humans, which assessment then can be used for maintenance, development and design purposes.
