Equipment and steel structure design

The character of our planning tasks is dual, in general we are preparing mainly engineering implementation and approval design documentations of plants, however we are also designing a large number of unique equipment for plants and manufacturing works. We also perform technology and endurance sizing, prepare data sheets for equipment, final construction drawings, perform equipment check, and also make comprehensive filing in accordance with legal expectations at the authorities.
We have had long experience in the design of equipment characteristic of chemical industry processes, and we are specialised in the design of the following types:

  • heat exchangers,
  • columns,
  • technology tanks,
  • storage tanks,
  • combustion equipment,
  • separators,
  • mixing equipment,
  • cyclone separators.
 
We work with Euronorm standards, but we have had extensive experience in design according to ASME, ANSI, API, BS, DIN, GOST standards as well. We are using the corporate level regulations of our clients, or we establish project-specific regulations if necessary. We provide full support to our clients in the filing of technical safety and construction authority claims and in the administrative tasks related to obtaining permissions and fulfilling their reporting obligations. We often work together with the experts of independent certification organisations, we prepare documentation various languages (English, German, French, Russian), which always complies with the regulations of the relevant Notifing Bodies. We have established relationship with various suppliers of components and equipment, such as pumps, compressors, blowers, spin dryers, conveyors thus can assist our clients in selecting appropriate equipment, and comparing technical and commercial offers.
 
We are also designing building constructions and technological steel structures (stands, holders of equipment, secondary steel structures, pipe holders). Technological design is performed in a 3D CAD environment, so we treat the design of steel structures this way too. As they are characterised by many repeating shapes (sheets, consoles, columns, stairs, stepping stones, balustrades, etc.), therefore we consider the preparation of parametrically transformable models the most efficient work method. We generally use the AutoDESK Inventor program, for the past few years we have collected a significant database, so we can perform the simpler, routine tasks quickly and efficiently. In our experience, another benefit of design documentation compiled this way is that for both workshop work and on site assembly a neat, uniformed documentation can be compiled. CAD data significantly support the cutting of shaped sheets, or making bore patterns in the case of programmable machine tools.  We also prepare a lay out of complicated, complex surfaces, and we can also make a contour description or a lay out drawing printed on paper.állítani.
